There were so many celebrities in attendance at Baz Luhrmann‘s birthday party this week!

The beloved director turned 60 and Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour threw him a star-studded party on Sunday night (September 18) at a private townhouse in New York City.

Among the stars in attendance were Leonardo DiCaprio, who starred in Baz‘s movie Romeo + Juliet and The Great Gatsby, and Florence Welch, who created music for The Great Gatsby.

Joel Edgerton and his girlfriend Christina Centenera were both there and he also starred in The Great Gatsby. Hugh Jackman and his wife Deborra-Lee Furness were in attendance and he worked with Baz on the movie Australia.

Also in attendance were Elvis‘ Olivia DeJonge, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos with girlfriend Lauren Sanchez, political aide Huma Abedin, Anna‘s daughter Bee Shaffer, and Moulin Rouge‘s Broadway producer Bill Damaschke.

The party featured performances from the cast of Moulin Rouge!

Joel Edgerton has the support of his partner Christine Centenera at his big premiere at the 2022 Venice Film Festival!

The 48-year-old actor looked dapper while walking the carpet at the Master Gardener premiere on Saturday night (September 3) in Venice, Italy.

Also in attendance at the premiere were Joel‘s co-stars Sigourney Weaver, Quintessa Swindell, and Rick Cosnett, as well as writer and director Paul Schrader. Earlier in the day, they stepped out for a photo call at the festival.

Here is the film’s synopsis: “A meticulous horticulturist who is devoted to tending the grounds of a beautiful estate and pandering to his employer, the wealthy dowager.”

FYI: Sigourney is wearing Valentino at the photo call. Quintessa is wearing Celine at the premiere and they are wearing Dior at the photo call.

Colin Farrell and Viggo Mortensen joined the cast of their movie Thirteen Lives for the latest red carpet premiere!

The guys posed for photos alongside co-stars Joel Edgerton and Pattrakorn Tungsupakul at the L.A. premiere on Thursday night (July 28) at the Westwood Village Theater in Los Angeles.

Also in attendance were co-stars Tom Bateman, Sukollawat Kanarot, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Teeradon Supapunpinyo, and Paul Gleeson, as well as director Ron Howard and his longtime producing partner Brian Grazer.

Thirteen Lives recounts the incredible true story of the tremendous global effort to rescue a Thai soccer team who become trapped in the Tham Luang cave during an unexpected rainstorm. The movie is now playing in select theaters and it will be available for streaming on Prime Video on August 5.

Joel Edgerton cozies up to partner Christine Centenera on the red carpet at the premiere of his new movie, Thirteen Lives, held at Vue West End on Monday (July 18) in London, England.

The couple, and new parents, were joined by many of the films’ stars including Tom Bateman, Pattrakorn Tungsupakul, James Teeradon Supapunpinyo, and Sahajak Boonthanakit.

The cast were also joined by director Ron Howard and rescue divers Rick Stanton and Chris Jewell, who were among the group who assisted in the rescue of group of young boys and their soccer coach who were trapped in a system of underground caves that were flooding in Thailand.

Thirteen Lives will arrive be released on Prime Video on July 29, and also in select theaters on August 5.

The movie stars Colin Farrell and Viggo Mortensen as divers attempting to rescue a Thai soccer team who become trapped in a flooding cave during a surprise rainstorm.

There’s a lot happening at the 2022 Cannes Film Festival right now and so many big stars stepped out for photo calls during day five.

Oscar winners Marion Cotillard, Alicia Vikander, and Tilda Swinton, along with Idris Elba and Joel Edgerton, were among the celebs who appeared at photo calls on Saturday (May 21) in Cannes, France.

Riley Keough, Adele Exarchopoulos, and Vicky Krieps were also in attendance at the photo calls to promote their new movies.
