Octavia Spencer Re-Teaming with 'Help' Producer on New Film

Octavia Spencer makes her way through LAX Airport after arriving back in town following the Sundance Film Festival on Monday (January 26) in Los Angeles.

It was just announced that the 44-year-old Oscar-winning actress is attached to re-team with her The Help producer Brunson Green on a new movie!

Octavia will star in the film Seacole, “a period biopic about a pioneering Jamaican doctress who battled prejudice to play a key role in the Crimean War, rivaling Florence Nightingale,” according to The Hollywood Reporter.

“Mary Seacole was a dynamic, complex and charming woman, and, knowing Octavia and her immense talent, there is no one better to embody this impressive and courageous historical figure,” Brunson said.
