Kylie Jenner Gets Called Out on Instagram By Amandla Stenberg

Kylie Jenner sports her normal hair color once again while stopping by Epione Cosmetic Laser Center on Saturday afternoon (July 11) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

That same day, the 17-year-old reality star’s mom Kris and sister Kendall were spotted making their way through the airport in London, England.

Kylie seemingly just got into an Instagram feud with Hunger Games actress Amandla Stenberg, who commented on Kylie‘s photo showing off her cornrows.

“@novemberskyys when u appropriate black features and culture but fail to use ur position of power to help black Americans by directing attention towards ur wigs instead of police brutality or racism #whitegirlsdoitbetter,” Amandla wrote.

Kylie wrote back, “@amandlastenberg Mad if I don’t, Mad if I do…Go hang w Jaden [Smith] or something.”

In case you didn’t know, Amandla recently went to prom with Jaden, who was once romantically linked to Kylie.

Also pictured below: Kris goes for a bold fashion statement while stepping out in a metallic top on Sunday (July 12) in London.

FYI: Kylie is wearing Levi‘s jeans.

so braids = black culture… ooookkkkkkkkk

  • Anastatia Bagans

Black people own cornrows now Lmao! all these privledged blacks using social media to complain. A HAIR STYLE is not culture and if that is the only thing you have to claim, I feel bad for you. Kylie’s doesn’t need to worry about sh*t in the black community if she doesn’t want to. I don’t see any blacks helping out poor white countries but they damn sure want to glue straight white girl hair on their heads. Shut up. She’s making money off of a white owned and created industry, full of a white cast that gave her the opportunity to even have a voice….and this is what the brat says, lmao. Next time black girls wear blonde hair I’m going to tell them how they need to worry about white issues since they’re appropriating white culture…lmaooooo..

  • alinad

That’s because you have a naive, myopic perspective.

  • African Girl

    Amanwhatshername needs to shut up!!!!!

Since when is wearing cornrows an “African thing only?”

If she’s wants to be a cause to black power over, can it be something more important than hair???

    Stupid people everywhere.

  • Anastatia Bagans

Please don’t reply to me with your sappy whiny pathetic crap.

  • Adalia

Block the kardashians/jenner/cathlyn articles by using KARDASHIANS FILTER, Google Chrome, use it, and spread the message
    Take action
    time they go away
Dysfunctional, egomaniac narcissists, sick people look it up
    Stop making stupid people Famous
    Save us from this disease

  • Jenny from the flop

Hate the kardashians but this Amanda chick needs to get laid. Like wtf, what does her hair have to do with being black. She wanted braids, let her have braids. Maybe she likes the braid which is a form of flattery! So that makes her racist? The kardashians are dirty hoes but we can all agree theyre not racist.

  • Mads_22

Pipe down children. Both girls are very immature.

  • Batman0829

    LMAO you’re an idiot ×D

  • Sandy McFarlane

YESSSS AMANDLA !!! GO AWF !!!!!!

  • Anastatia Bagans

Says the one that can’t refute my claims! 😂

  • FaceOfThe_E

Right on the money, Anastatia! Black girls walking around bleached to the maximum, blonde straight locks, nose jobs, fake blue eyes and trying to talk like white girls yet this no-name from the Hunger Games is trying to talk about somebody appropriating features? Hypocrisy at its finest and she ain’t done diddly-do-dah to help the black community herself. Nicki Minaj and Beyonce needs to speak up for innocent whites who are losing jobs for supposed racism because they made some comment a black person disagreed with. Kylie told her like it is, so that African Madungwa needs to shut his face up too!

Shame white people, heteros and men can never speak their minds anymore without being cast in some sort of -ism category. This… coming from a black chick, btw.

  • Really?

She should stop speaking English then, since that is an “white people’s thing”.
Maybe we could stop using things from different cultures and live alones in our homes without sharing things :D

  • Sara

Hey, White people, give me evidence of white people wearing cornrows? Blacks have been ridicule for wearing braids, told not to wear them in job interviews because it makes us look “ghetto”. You wouldn’t know anything about this because white people don’t care about anyone elses culture but their own which is funny because white people don’t have a culture. The only history you have is stealing from cultures, infecting diseases on others enough to whip out a whole nation, and flying the loser flag.

  • FaceOfThe_E

She’s not only talking about braids, but the butt shots, fake lips and her habit of dating black men. Amanda and the black community should be flattered instead of offended. I know no whites who are offended with black girls borrowing hairstyles, clothes, white men, speech pattern, fake eye colors and stuff from them. The retardation in this country grows more and more each day.

Blacks borrow from the white culture all the time, we shouldn’t care if whites do the same.

  • alinad

You don’t even understand the meaning of an open forum, thanks for proving my initial point.

  • FaceOfThe_E

Braids are part of the African culture, obviously. The problem is black girls don’t care for braids too much these days because they want that white girl “brazilian” weave from the box. Now they want to get pissy because white girls are embracing their old hairstyle.

  • duh!

Get laid? She’s like 16 years old so chill the hell out nasty bitch

  • duh!

    Borrowing white men….wtf r u talking about

  • FaceOfThe_E

Cornrows is apart of black culture. Anyone questioning that needs to get a clue, but the rest of your statement bugs me. The straightening comb and relaxers were designed because black chicks liked that white girl hairstyle. Are you gonna try to convince me that these wigs and long flowing straight weaves were designed because black girls didn’t want to look ghetto or is it because they wanted to look good? What about that bleaching cream, these nose jobs (for those that can afford it) and fake eyes…? Did white people ridicule sisters bad enough for them to get all this done or are black girls wearing it because it makes them feel more attractive? Your attack on white people has nothing to do with the hypocrisy in the Hunger Game girl’s statement. Going on her logic, Lil’Kim needs to help out the Asian community with every chance she gets.

  • AK

big butts and lips not only in the black people :/

  • duh!

Whoa whoa whoa…just found out Amandla’s dad is white….slow down baby girl….these confused mixed chicks can’t tell what’s racist n what’s not

  • FaceOfThe_E

    Too much TV.

  • Sara

I think we can blame white media for setting white people as standard of beauty.

  • FaceOfThe_E

Black girls are dating white men, like the Kardashians. Meanwhile, most black chicks I know are the first to trash black men for dating white girls and vice versa. White men are not apart of the black culture so they are borrowed from another, like Kylie’s fake butt.

  • FaceOfThe_E

Possibly, but big butts and lips are mainly associated with African people and their ancestors. So are big high cheekbones, flat bulbous noses and dark skin and nappy hair.

  • FaceOfThe_E

    I can agree with that.

  • duh!

I think those black girls that do that are probably only into black men….the type of black girls that actually date white guys r nit the type who would be giving these tramps any play

  • tiffy

The straighting of black hair, long flowing wigs and weaves were designed because black women were made to be ashamed of our nappy hair. While blacks were westernized the whites were adapting our culture. I don’t have a problem with it, just know the history.

  • duh!

    You again…:)

  • Jenny from the flop

    Eat shit Amanda

  • Jenny from the flop

    Well said!!!

  • FaceOfThe_E

Touche’. It’s mostly the black community or evil black girls in school that criticizes young girls for being nappy headed. Westernization has a lot to do with that.

  • FaceOfThe_E

    Haha. Long day at work.

  • duh!

    Wtf is Amanda?

  • duh!

    Shit….i know what u mean

  • duh!

Well…im heading over to people.com…COME ON lets go….

  • Jenny from the flop

    Eat shit Amanda

  • duh!

    Eat ass jho

  • tiffy

The hatred for the black women started with slavery and it’s now part of our mentality today. Whites taught blacks to hate ourselves and blacks continue the trend sad really

  • Batman0829

“my claims” Ignorant, borderline racist gibberish.

  • AK

come on its just about jealous .. don’t cover your jealousy by the racism :) #teengirlsproplems

  • Jenny from the flop

    Eat shit Amanda

  • VanityInsecurity

The fact that this little biracial girl thinks it’s ok to use political agendas on someone who clearly isn’t into it, this is a form of bullying. You can’t go around picking on people whether they are celebs or not.. just cause you feel she doesn’t care about sticking up for black culture.

Amandla doesn’t seem like an actress to me, all she cares about is political activism & bullying people through social media.

  • Esoteric11

Girl fight! I should say very silly girl fight.

  • Anastatia Bagans

European culture and history is far more rich and beautiful than a f*cking hairstyle. White people would never cry about a hairstyle because they actually have real culture and accomplishments lmao. Last I checked your using a white owned media to voice your ignorant uneducated opinion about whites. The irony.

  • Anastatia Bagans

“racist” when I take the mentality of this brat and reverse it 👍🏼 typical politically correct nonsense lmao

  • SensateTrash

You can’t use a culture as if its your own, and then when people ask you to use your power to raise awareness to the issues pertaining to the culture; you decide you don’t want to use it anymore. When people’s identity is getting them killed and discriminated against, you don’t have the right to continue use the identity for personal use while acting like it doesn’t affect people on a daily basis.

Being biracial doesn’t erase her black identity, its all about what she wants to identify with.

  • SensateTrash

What is she suppose to be jealous of?

  • Ashley

It’s not just about the braids. It’s about what the braids represent. Everybody loves ourculture.
