Halsey Scores First Solo No. 1 on Billboard Hot 100 With 'Without Me'!

Halsey is on top!

The 24-year-old singer-songwriter rose to the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Hot 100 with her single “Without Me” as of Monday (January 7), according to the official chart company.

The song has dethroned Ariana Grande‘s “Thank U, Next,” which was No. 1 for seven nonconsecutive weeks on the chart.

It’s her second No. 1 on the Hot 100 following The Chainsmokers collaboration “Closer,” and her first-ever solo No. 1. It’s also the first No. 1 for her label, Capitol Records, since 2014.

Because the song interpolates “Cry Me A River” by Justin Timberlake, the song’s producer (Timbaland) scores his eighth No. 1 as a writer and Justin his sixth No. 1 as well.
