Adam Lambert just released a powerful new song.

The 37-year-old entertainer just dropped his new track “Feel Something” – in which he opens up abut his struggle with mental health – as a gift to his fans.

“This was written about me climbing out of the low period, defying my disillusionment, owning my needs, and opening my heart,” Adam said in a statement. “[The song] was in this realization that I took my first step toward self-care and nursing my spirit back to health. This song is the emotional starting point of my new album.”

The official first single off of Adam‘s upcoming album will be released in the spring.
