Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth try to keep a low profile as they leave a pilates class on Friday (July 13) in Studio City, Calif.

The 19-year-old entertainer and her 22-year-old fiance both showed off their toned arms as they left the class – check out Liam‘s buff biceps!
