George Clooney Attached to Star in Brad Bird's Film '1952'

George Clooney leaves a friend’s house on Saturday afternoon (November 17) in Sherman Oaks, Calif.

The 51-year-old actor is in talks to star in the upcoming Brad Bird film 1952, according to Variety.

There is very little known about the plot of the film at this point, except that it may be similar to the classic flick Close Encounters of the Third Kind and deal with a man who makes contact with an alien race.

1952 is going to be released by Disney and is set to hit theaters sometime in 2015.
