Matthew McConaughey & Camila Alves: Hollywood Film Awards 2013

Matthew McConaughey and wife Camila Alves are all dressed up while attending the 2013 Hollywood Film Awards at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on Monday (October 21) in Beverly Hills, Calif.

The 43-year-old actor was joined by his Dallas Buyers Club co-star Jared Leto.

Last week, Matthew and Jared were handsome while promoting Dallas Buyers Club at the premiere.

“I actually called Tom [Hanks] and had a great conversation with him about what he learned about losing weight for Philadelphia and Cast Away,” Matthew recently told People about losing weight for the film. “And I consulted a nutritionist about the best way to do this.”
