Kelly Osbourne Shows Off Her Shaved Head at Top Model Announcement!

Kelly Osbourne puts her partially shaved head on display at the announcement that she’ll guest judge on Australia’s Next Top Model at the set of the show on Monday (October 13) in Sydney, Australia.

The 29-year-old Fashion Police correspondent was joined at the event by Top Model members Jennifer Hawkins, Alex Perry and Didier Coher, among others.
