Gigi Hadid Shares The Secret To Get The Best Selfies

Gigi Hadid laughs along with boyfriend Cody Simpson after a casual date night out at Shore Bar in Los Angeles on Wednesday night (January 21).

The 19-year-old model recently spoke with Style.com and opened up about the power of fans and social media in helping her land modeling campaigns.

“It’s crazy! I’ve always said that I feel lucky to live in the era of social media and be a working model in this time. Back in the day, models were just another face. But social media has given people a voice and not just another face. Not only can you show the world your personality and stuff like that, but you can be a brand ambassador easily. You can connect with people much easier because you have a voice,” she shared.

Gigi‘s tips for the the best selfies? “Good lighting. Always be near a window if you’re inside. Natural light. And then when you’re outside, it’s always good to be in a sunny place but in the shade facing the light so you’re not overexposed.”
