The 46-year-old Scandal actress and the 35-year-old The Mindy Project actor stepped out together on the carpet at the 2016 Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday night (February 28) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Bellamy and Ed were spotted inside the party making out and dancing to the music.

“Ed had his arm around her and was whispering in her ear and kissing her neck,” an insider told Us Weekly. “They were very flirty and couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It seems like a new love.”
