Dwayne Johnson Films Dramatic Rescue for 'Baywatch'

Dwayne Johnson runs through the waves as he films a scene for the upcoming Baywatch movie on Friday (April 1) in Savannah, Ga.

The 43-year-old actor was seen pretending to rescue a fake body on the beach while extras acted scared in the background.

Dwayne had filmed another dramatic rescue scene earlier in the week with his co-star Zac Efron when they acted out pulling children from the water to save them from drowning.
