Lena Dunham Rushed to Hospital During the Met Gala

We hope that Lena Dunham is feeling better!

The 30-year-old Girls actress was rushed to the hospital on Monday night (May 1) during the 2017 Met Gala, which was held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.

“The actress had to leave the gala when she suffered a medical issue, but was thankfully released after a series of tests,” Page Six reported.

Lena took to her Instagram account to share some photos from the night and praise Anna Wintour for an amazing evening. It appears that these posts were likely done after she was released from the hospital as they were published around 2am ET.

Lena‘s rep had no comment, but a source confirms the story is true and that she is doing well.
