Reese Witherspoon & Nicole Kidman Texted About Their Emmy Nominations!

Reese Witherspoon and Nicole Kidman were both nominated for 2017 Emmy Awards today in the Best Actress in a Limited Series category for their work in Big Little Lies.

Nicole reacted to her nomination and the show’s 16 total nominations by saying, “It’s just unheard of! It’s a shared victory and a shared joy.”

Nicole added when asked by EW if she’s spoken to Reese, “We texted…We’re so modern.”

Reese tweeted, “Wow! So thrilled about the #Emmys Nominations for #BigLittleLies! The cast & crew worked so hard to make this happen! Thanks to all the fans.”

Alexander Skarsgard, Shailene Woodley, and Laura Dern were also nominated, along with the show for Best Limited Series.
