Bachelor in Paradise's Ashley Iaconetti & Jared Haibon Show Off Their Fit Summer Bods!

Ashley Iaconetti and Jared Haibon are days away from getting married and they’re showing off their fit bodies ahead of their wedding!

The two reality stars met via the Bachelor Nation franchise and they got engaged on the previous season of Bachelor in Paradise.

Ashley and Jared credit the South Beach Diet with their fit summer bods.

“What I love about South Beach Diet is that it promotes a healthy lifestyle. When you’re eating really healthy, well balanced meals that are super high in protein and low in carbs, you’re going to feel better,” Ashley said.

“Since starting South Beach, I have more energy. It’s made me want to go to they gym and work out more and be more active,” Jared added. “I feel better. I feel more confident. I feel a little bit more muscular and stronger and a little bit more toned. Because of the South Beach Diet, I’m finally at the point where I want to be before the wedding.”
