Chrissy Teigen's Cravings Website Launched to So Much Traffic That It Crashed!

Chrissy Teigen‘s new website Cravings has launched and there was so much immediate demand from fans that the site almost instantly crashed!

The website went up at around 11:35am PST and Chrissy was laying in bed with husband John Legend and her team when the site went live.

The site immediately wouldn’t load for some fans and Chrissy responded on Twitter, “well sh-t ok part of me is very excited by the crashing but are getting this fixed now lol.”

Chrissy later shared a funny Photoshopped picture that showed her working on a laptop next to a bank of servers. “working on getting the site back up!!! you crashed meeeee,” she wrote.

Cravings is a new website inspired by Chrissy‘s eponymous cookbooks, kitchen and tabletop collection and her desire to share her love of cooking. The site was fueled by Chrissy‘s passion to build a true community where fans and foodies alike can find new recipes, restaurant guides, holiday entertaining ideas and get an even deeper look into how her family lives in the kitchen, at home, and abroad.

The website offers the capability for users to create a personal profile where they can bookmark recipes, content and comment throughout the site. By personalizing their experience they can create their own Cravings inspired kitchen guidebook.
