Mario Lopez Teams Up With Netflix For New Series 'The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia'

Mario Lopez is heading to Netflix!

The 46-year-old actor teamed up with Netflix for upcoming Latinx family comedy, The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia, set to premiere next month.

Mario will serve as executive producer as well as star in the show alongside Jencarlos Canela and newcomer Paulina Chavez. Eva Longoria will also be directing some episodes.

The show tells the story of a 15-year-old robotics engineer and rocket scientist Ashley Garcia who moves across the country to live with her fun-loving uncle, and ex-football player Victor, while taking a job a NASA.

The Expanding Universe of Ashley Garcia begins streaming on February 17th.
