Prince William Debuts Trailer For Mental Health Special on BBC: 'It's OK To Not Be OK'

Prince William is making mental health a priority in his brand new special with the BBC.

The 37-year-old Duke of Cambridge speaks about the importance of mental health in the new trailer for Football, Prince William and Our Mental Health, which will debut on May 28.

In the special, William will be talking with footballers about their struggles and triumphs with mental health.

“You can’t be ashamed of your mental health, you’ve got to be able to look it in the eye and go deal with it, here we go,” William says. “…It’s about feeling confident enough to say things aren’t great. It’s OK to not be OK.”

The special is part of the Heads Up initiative, which was started by William, wife Kate and brother Harry.
