Lucy Hale Tears Up While Telling Fans About 'Katy Keene' Cancellation (Video)

Lucy Hale is reacting to the cancellation of her The CW series Katy Keene, which was just axed by the network after just one season.

The 31-year-old actress teared up in the three-and-a-half minute video that she posted to her Instagram account.

“Sad to deliver this news ! But I love the show. I love what it stands for. And mostly I love YOU. To the cast, crew, and all involved… 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 adore you,” Lucy captioned the post.

In the video, Lucy said, “This is a job that has broken my heart multiple times… It will take some time to get over it.”

“I just wanted you all to hear that the show is not coming back and that sucks, but I’ll hold my head high. Who knows what I’ll do next. We’ll see,” Lucy said while signing off.

Lucy‘s fans do have something to look forward to this month though!
