Kathy Griffin Reveals She's Going to Hospital Again for Vocal Chord Damage

Kathy Griffin is heading back to the hospital.

The 62-year-old comedian shared an update about her health on her Instagram on Tuesday (December 6).

“Good morning. Yes, I’m feeling sorry for myself and I’ll tell you why. I’m on my way to the hospital again, because I have to go into general to get another procedure on my vocal cords,” she shared to her followers.

“So the good news is I get to go home today. But the last time I got this done, it hurt for like seven days. I’m just being a baby. But I want to get my voice back…also I wanted to tell you guys, I want your pity…you know in movies, when they’re like, I don’t want your pity, don’t feel sorry for me? Hell yeah, I’ll take your pity. I’ll take your feelings of sorry. I love it. Bring it.”

Kathy Griffin previously took to social media to ask fans for medical help after being “ghosted” by her surgeon and blamed him for permanent damage.
