Britney Spears & Mom Lynne Spears Reunite Amid Reports That They're Mending Their Damaged Relationship

Britney Spears and her mom Lynne had what appears to be their first in-person meeting in years.

The 41-year-old “My Baby” pop star welcomed her 68-year-old mother into her Los Angeles home for a brief meeting on Wednesday (May 24).

The visit comes just a few days after it was reported that Britney is reportedly in the process of mending damaged relationships with several members of her family.

Sources spoke out to shine light on how the reunion went.

According to TMZ, Lynne landed in Los Angeles and made a pitstop at the home of Britney‘s manager Cade Hudson. From there she traveled to her daughter’s home.

They were reportedly together for about a half hour and were joined by Britney‘s husband Sam Asghari.

Sources told the outlet that Lynne is “committed to making it right with her daughter.” The pair has allegedly had contact via text, though this appears to be their first time meeting in person in years.

Britney has also been estranged from her father Jamie Spears, who managed her conservatorship, her sister Jamie Lynn Spears, brother Bryan Spears and her sons Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline.

Sources recently revealed where she stood with each of them. Britney herself commented on where she stands with her sons in a since-deleted post on social media.
