Adam Lambert is enjoying a stylish night out!

The 39-year-old entertainer and a few friends arrived at the Catch restaurant for dinner on Wednesday night (March 24) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Adam gave off old-school, glam Boy George vibes in a tall purple hat, paired with a coordinating long, purple coat, red platform heels, and a bedazzled purple face mask. He also coordinated his shimmering eye makeup with his look.

In a new interview, Adam revealed that he is currently working on a new musical.

“Musically it’s pretty diverse, but it’s the life story of an actual person and it’s not me! And the majority of the story takes place in the 70s,” Adam teased. Read more here.

Adam Lambert has something exciting in the works!

The 39-year-old superstar appeared on Nova podcast Brenda, Call Me! With Courtney Act and Vanity, where he discussed some exciting new projects, as well as his career – and a missed opportunity!

Here’s what he had to say…

On the stage musical he’s writing: “With this musical I got paired up with amazing songwriters so I’m approaching it sort of like a pop album, but it’s still a musical. And I can’t say too much right now because we haven’t really announced what it is or how it’s going to be, but I’m collaborating with some great people, I can tell you that…it definitely is rock and roll, though! Musically it’s pretty diverse, but it’s the life story of an actual person and it’s not me! And the majority of the story takes place in the 70s.”

On homophobia in theater: “In the theater world, you know, I love being around performers and there are definitely theater people that are super ‘free’ and super out there, but there’s also a lot of theater people that are also kind of, terrified of all that; that are kind of almost as conservative as non-theater people! So it was funny ’cause I kept kind of running into situations where I would like go to an audition or be at a rehearsal, and I would have like nail polish on and maybe some eyeliner from the night before and in my mind I’m like, ‘It’s all rock’n'roll’. But I was doing a production and I remember the director came up to me and he’s like, ‘You know tomorrow, can you not come in with the make-up on and the nail polish?’. I was like ‘But this isn’t dress rehearsal, this is week two. We’re just learning the music!’”

On missing out on A Star Is Born: “I auditioned for that part in A Star Is Born [Ramon, Ally's best friend]. It was so funny to me, because they told me about it ‘She’s going to have like a gay best friend’ and I was like ‘Okay, that could be cute’ and then I got the script and it was like…he was a Latin American character, like he was a Latino character. You know his name was Latino, a lot of the slang was using, was calling her ‘Mami’ and all this stuff and I was like and how is this kind of work? Should I just not go to the audition? This is not my part!”

Adam Lambert is putting his cool sense of style on display!

The 39-year-old “Whataya Want from Me” singer was spotted out for dinner at Catch on Friday night (February 26) in West Hollywood, Calif.

Adam was joined by his friend, TV development exec Andy Maher.

In some recent tweets, Adam spoke about how we need to let change happen in 2021.

“2021 truly feels like the start of a massive ‘Out with the Old, in the New’ shift. Right? So many of the current conflicts seem rooted in that. Those who are still stuck in the old ways get VERY threatened when asked to consider the new- yet their time has come and gone,” Adam wrote. “So many of the systems are broken or corrupt. Change is VITAL. Start over, reassess, edit, fire, rehire….. let’s fix what’s not working.”

Adam Lambert and Kelly Osbourne are working together for a new project!

The 38-year-old singer and the 36-year-old television personality were spotted walking to set together on Friday afternoon (January 15) in Los Angeles.

Kelly took to her Instagram Stories that day and revealed she is working on a new TV pilot with Adam and Pitch Perfect‘s Ester Dean is also part of the project. We also spotted The Ellen DeGeneres Show‘s Stephen “tWitch” Boss on set.

No details about the show are known at this time, but it looks like Adam, Kelly, and Ester are the three panelists. Perhaps tWitch is the host?

The Disney movie Ratatouille is getting the Broadway treatment thanks to a huge TikTok sensation that blew up recently and a star-studded cast has been set to bring the musical to life.

After people on TikTok came together to write songs for a potential musical version of Ratatouille, some Broadway producers came together to set up a one-performance-only production to benefit The Actors Fund. The one-time performance will feature content created by members of TikTok’s #RatatouilleMusical Community, whose collective work has earned the engagement of more than 200 million fans around the globe, and will be performed with the 20-piece Broadway Sinfonietta orchestra.

Ratatouille: The TikTok Musical will begin streaming on Friday, January 1, 2021 at 7:00pm ET for 72 hours only. Tickets for the event are on sale exclusively on TodayTix.com.

It looks like Adam Lambert has a new special someone in his life!

The 38-year-old Queen frontman and former American Idol contestant was spotted packing on the PDA with new boyfriend Oliver Gliese on Tuesday (November 17) during a trip to Tulum, Mexico.

The couple was seen sharing some cute kisses and having a playful afternoon at the beach. Adam went shirtless in a zebra-print swimsuit while Oliver wore a blue speedo.

After the photos start spreading online, Adam took to Instagram Stories to seemingly comment on the pics. “I love my Dad Bod,” he captioned a video of himself in which he used a filter to distort his face.

Oliver is the Innovation Forum Assistant for Global Fashion Agenda, where he supports the global partnerships team with the operation of the Innovation Forum during the Copenhagen Fashion Summit.

Adam was most recently linked to Javi Costa Polo, though it’s unclear when they split.

Adam Lambert supports the Black Lives Matter movement via his face mask while stepping out on Friday (October 9) in the Soho neighborhood of London, England.

The 38-year-old singer was joined by a friend while stopping by the Apollo Theatre, where the musical Everybody’s Talking About Jamie is performed. The show has been on hiatus during the pandemic though, so it’s not clear what Adam was doing at the theater.

That same day, Adam took to Twitter to encourage fans to vote out Trump. He tweeted, “Trump sows so much chaos, and he wants you to feel overwhelmed by the simple act of voting. Prove him wrong by using this awesome tool to help you #MakeAPlan to vote early in your state.”
