Melissa McCarthy looks lovely on the red carpet at the 2012 Oscars held at the Hollywood & Highland Center on Sunday (February 26) in Hollywood.
The 41-year-old Bridesmaids actress wore a custom Marina Rinaldi dress, Brian Atwood heels, and Chopard jewelry. She was joined on the red carpet by her husband and Bridesmaids co-star Ben Falcone.
Melissa is nominated for Best Supporting Actress tonight! She is up against Berenice Bejo (The Artist), Jessica Chastain (The Help), Janet McTeer (Albert Nobbs), and Octavia Spencer (The Help).
Billy Crystal hosts the 2012 Oscars live TONIGHT at 8:30 p.m. ET/5:30 p.m. PT on ABC!

She should really lose a little bit of weight. It’s good that she is being a trendsetter for big girls and embracing her size, but it’s not good to be unhealthy.

I’m sorry, she’s just too big. When I look at someone like that I don’t think “beautiful”, no matter what they’re wearing. She is morbidly obese. Yes, some people are built bigger than others, and women should embrace curves, but there’s a point at which it’s simply unhealthy, and to most people of the opposite sex, unattractive. Octavia=curvy. Sophia=curvy. Christina Hendricks=curvy. Melissa=Obese. There is simply no excuse for being that out if shape.
