U.S. Men's Basketball Team Beats France at the Olympics!
LeBron James, Kevin Durant, Carmelo Anthony, and Kobe Bryant from the U.S. Men’s Basketball Team play against Tony Parker and his teammates on the France team during day 2 of the 2012 Summer Olympics on Sunday (July 29) at the North Greenwich Arena in London, England.
The first lady, Michelle Obama, was even in attendance! In fact, she seemed to be one of the team’s biggest fans as she cheered them on from the bleachers.
During the game, Kevin scored 22 points. In the end, the U.S. Men’s Basketball Team won. The final score was 98-71. Congrats, guys!!!!

@LB:
You shouldn’t talk that way about Anne Romney! LOL
@Kimmy:
Basketball is the most popular American sport around the world. It is very popular with pro leagues all around the world including Spain, Greece, Turkey, and China. A lot of college players who don’t make the NBA play overseas and get paid pretty well.
@Kimmy:
If it wasn’t popular around the world it wouldn’t be an Olympic sport, there has to be at least 20 countries registered for a sport so it can be at the Olympics. Also Europe wouldn’t hold FIBA EuroBasket where 24 countries compete to win the Euro championship.
First lady? Are they writting about LeBron LeRingLess?
