Justin Bieber Gets Pulled Over For Speeding (Video)

UPDATE: Law enforcement tell TMZ that speed was a factor, but Justin was cited for unsafe passing on the right and given an equipment violation for window tint.

Justin Bieber was pulled over for speeding on Saturday night (August 29) in Beverly Hills, Calif., according to TMZ.

The 21-year-old entertainer was driving in his new Ferrari when he was pulled over for going well over the 25 MPH speed limit in the residential neighborhood.

Three other cop cars arrived on the scene but it was unclear why. Justin was given a speeding ticket and went on his way without any other incident.
