Adele's Album '25' Sells 2.3 Million Copies in First Three Days!

The figures are in for the first three days of sales for Adele‘s new album 25 and it is reaching unprecedented numbers!

25 has sold 2.3 million copies so far and there are still four days left in the week. It is predicted that it will finish its first week with 2.9 million copies sold, according to Billboard.

By the end of Monday, 25 should achieve the record for the most albums sold in one week, topping N’Sync‘s album No Strings Attached, which debuted back in 2000 with 2,416,000 copies sold.

The first week of sales will end on Thursday (November 26) and the final numbers will be announced on Sunday.

Some more good news for Adele is that she has retained her spot on top of the Billboard Hot 100 with her song “Hello” for the fourth week in a row!
