Bill Cosby Pleads Not Guilty, Out on Bail in Andrea Constand Sexual Assault Case

Bill Cosby has been arraigned in court for his sexual assault charges in the Andrea Constand 2004 case.

The 78-year-old comedian reportedly plead not guilty in court, and was given a $1,000,000 bail for his crimes. He posted bail and will remain free until his court date, USA Today reports.

Bill had to surrender his passport as to not leave the country, and a court date was set for January 14.

He reportedly had “no comment” as he walked inside the Pennsylvania court house on Wednesday (December 30).

If convicted, Bill could face up to 10 years in prison and a $25,000 fine.
