Jonah Hill Is 'Excited' & 'Nervous' To Direct His First Movie 'Mid '90s'!
Jonah Hill flashes a smile as he arrives at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center to watch the day three matches at the 2016 US Open on Wednesday (August 31) in the Queens borough of New York City.
The 32-year-old War Dogs star is set to begin work on his directorial debut titled Mid ’90s soon!
“The next phase of my career, I’m directing my first movie…,” Jonah revealed (via AZ Central). “It’s called “Mid ’90s” and it’s a coming-of-age-drama… it takes place in the skateboarding scene in the mid-’90s in LA. I’m excited! Of course I’m nervous.”
“That’s what I wanted to do before I was an actor. I think it all works out,” Jonah added. “I’ve come really close to directing a film, but I’m really glad I didn’t do it in my 20s and I waited until I wrote something personal. Had I done it earlier, I don’t think I would have prepared as I am now in my 30s.”
