The 34-year-old actor and the 27-year-old actress were seen holding hands while shopping at The Grove on Tuesday afternoon (May 2) in Los Angeles.

Paul and Phoebe, who worked together on The Vampire Diaries, broke up earlier this year after four years of dating, but then they were spotted together on several occasions. Rumors have been swirling that they reconciled and now it looks like it’s official!
