Julianne Hough: CinemaCon Awards 2011

Julianne Hough, recipient of the Female Rising Star of 2011 award, holds up her award at the 2011 CinemaCon Awards held at Pure in Caesars Palace on Thursday (March 31) in Las Vegas.

The 22-year-old dancer will co-star with Tom Cruise and Russell Brand in Rock of Ages. “It’s crazy, it’s unbelievable. It’s cliche to say ‘It’s a dream come true’ — you can’t ever dream something like this. What is the saying,” she told Variety, “luck comes with preparation? I’ve always planned my life for what I want to do but you can never plan these things.”

Julianne has just been added to the list of presenters for this year’s Academy of Country Music Awards along with Bethany Hamilton.
