Rashida Jones hits the red carpet at the 2012 Met Ball held at the Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

The 36-year-old actress rocked a Tory Burch drop-shoulder cream silk chiffon gown with hand-painted and hand-beaded flowers, with Sergio Rossi shoes.
