Bryce Dallas Howard and Jason Ritter arrive for the Huntington’s Disease Society Of America’s 2014 Freeze HD Benefit on Saturday (February 22) in Los Angeles, Ca.

The 32-year-old actress was joined by the 34-year-old actor to co-host the event together.

Jason later tweeted, “For all those who bought tickets/donated, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I’m moved by your generosity. HD’s days are numbered.”

The Huntington’s Disease Society is a national, voluntary health organization dedicated to improving the lives of people with Huntington’s disease and their families.
