Mark Wahlberg's Attack Victim From 1988 Forgives Him, Wants Him to Get Pardoned

Mark Wahlberg and his lovely wife Rhea Durham attend the premiere of his film The Gambler held at AMC Lincoln Square Theater on Wednesday (December 10) in New York City.

The 43-year-old actor, who was joined at the event by his co-star Brie Larson, appeared on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon that same day where he played an epic game of Slapjack.

Mark recently requested a pardon for his crime of beating a man back in 1988. Now, the man, Johnny Trinh, is coming out and saying he forgives Mark.

“I was not blinded by Mark Wahlberg,” Johnny told the Daily Mail. “He did hurt me, but my left eye was already gone. He was not responsible for that. He was young and reckless but I forgive him now. Everyone deserves another chance. I would like to see him get a pardon. He should not have the crime hanging over him any longer.”

FYI: Rhea is carrying an Edie Parker clutch.
