Justin Bieber has just debuted a brand new tattoo – a pair of wings on the back of his neck!

The 21-year-old singer posted a couple photos of himself on his Instagram account. He is seen dressed up in a suave suit and looking into the mirror while showing off the tattoo for the photographer.
