Justin Bieber Tells Fan They 'Ruined the Moment' by Throwing Hat

Justin Bieber strolls around the streets of New York City during his day off on Saturday (July 16).

The 22-year-old singer hit up a spa and bath house before doing a bit of shopping in the Big Apple.

The night before, Justin apologized to a fan after they threw a hat on stage during his concert.

“Take this moment to listen. And try not to give me a hat or whatever you’re trying to throw onto the stage right now, because I probably don’t want that sh**,” Justin said, before apologizing.

“Sorry, that was mean,” he continued. “Sorry for throwing your hat, but you ruined the moment.”
