Annette Bening 'Feels Good' About Oscar-Nominated Films Highlighting Important Issues!

Annette Bening has opened up about feeling grateful for the Oscar-nominated films – like Moonlight, Hidden Figures and Manchester By The Sea – this year highlighting important issues during today’s political climate.

“I feel good that a lot of the movies this year point to these issues: homophobia, poverty, xenophobia, sexism,” the 58-year-old actress told the NYT.

Annette also added that Moonlight put viewers “right inside someone’s heart. God that makes me feel really good about what movies can do, especially right now.”
