2017 Pulitize Prize Winners for the Arts Announced!

The winners of the 2017 Pulitzer Prizes in the arts have been announced!

Lynn Nottage was awarded the Pulitzer Prize for Drama for her new play Sweat, which is currently playing on Broadway. This is her second Pulitzer, following her win in 2009 for the play Ruined.

The winner of the Pulitzer Prize for Fiction was “The Underground Railroad,” a book by Colson Whitehead that is currently being adapted into a new Amazon drama series by Oscar winner Barry Jenkins.
