Lena Dunham Steps Out Following News of Her Hysterectomy

Lena Dunham is looking like she’s in good spirits after her recent revelation.

The 31-year-old Girls actress was spotted running errands around town on Wednesday (February 22) in New York City.

Following the news of her split with Jack Antonoff, Lena revealed that she underwent a full hysterectomy in order to relieve herself of endometriosis pain.

She underwent the surgery after “years of complex surgeries measuring in the double digits.” She also remains hopeful about having kids in the future: “Adoption is a thrilling truth I’ll pursue with all my might,” she said.
