While recovering from sinus surgery, the 38-year-old I Feel Pretty actress took to Instagram to share the hilarious (and terrifying!) gift from the 37-year-old Oscar nominated actress.

“Michelle sent me a life size cardboard cut out of herself to keep me company while I recover and it’s so hilarious and also keeps scaring me when I come into the room, which is also kindof hilarious. Truly one of the best gifts I’ve ever gotten,” Busy captioned the below selfie with the cutout of a smiling Michelle in the background.
