Jaime King Hosts a Yoga Class, Encourages Fans to Focus on Self-Care

Jaime King hosts a private yoga class with LensCrafters on the rooftop of the Mondrian Hotel on Thursday afternoon (June 7) in los Angeles.

The former Hart of Dixie actress hosted the event to help guests learn how to maintain eye health through exercise and a balanced diet as part of the brand’s larger Love What You See campaign.

Jaime recently opened up to Teen Vogue about ways she practices self-care.

“Drinking a lot of water, I do yoga every single day, taking the time to remember when to say no, acknowledging what my threshold is, and looking at what success means to me. Success isn’t always what we think it is, it’s not about going out and achieving so much stuff you can’t actually enjoy it. Our idea of success can change over the years, so really it’s about what makes you fulfilled,” she said.
