Bird Box was a smash hit on Netflix since its release last month and fans are desperate to know if there will be a sequel.

Director Susanne Bier recently spoke to People about the Sandra Bullock smash hit and was asked if there would be a new movie anytime soon.

“We only just finished it!” she responded. “It’s funny, I’m kind of reading people asking for a sequel and I’m like, ‘Hey, hey, hey, we really just finished!’ So let’s just enjoy it for now.”
