Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez kicked off their day with a trip to the gym!

The 49-year-old superstar and the 43-year-old retired baseball player were spotted on their way to a workout on Wednesday (January 23) in Miami, Fla.

The couple have been hitting the gym all week as part of their 10-day no sugar, no carbs challenge and now they’re asking their friends to do the same!

“Are we starting to lose our minds? Maybe…just a little. 😜 But it’s not too late for you to join us in this 10-day challenge! No sugar, no carbs. No problem! Are you up for it?” Alex wrote on his Instagram.
