Netflix Provides Viewership Data for 'When They See Us' Series

Netflix rarely provides details for how many people are watching their shows, but the streaming service has revealed some key data for the new limited series When They See Us.

The Ava DuVernay-directed series, which is about the Central Park Five, has been the most watched series on Netflix for each of the days it has been available.

“When They See Us has been the most-watched series on Netflix in the US every day since it premiered on May 31,” the streamer tweeted on Wednesday (June 12).

When They See Us will be eligible for awards at the Emmys this fall and experts expect it to receive many nominations in the limited series categories.

Netflix recently revealed the top 10 most watched series of 2018.
