Blake Shelton Reveals 'Handmade' Gift Gwen Stefani Got Him for His Birthday!

Gwen Stefani just might be the best girlfriend ever.

Blake Shelton recently revealed the super sweet gift the 49-year-old entertainer got him for his birthday. Blake turned 43 on Tuesday, June 18th.

“It’s like a ‘Welcome to the Ranch’-type sign,” Blake shared with People. “It was a handmade deal. It’s pretty cool.”

On Thursday, Gwen threw a pizza party for Blake at her house and invited tons of family and friends over to celebrate.
