'Murder Mystery' Sequel Is in the Works at Netflix!

Murder Mystery is getting a sequel!

The Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston-led comedy has a sequel in development at Netflix, THR reported on Friday (October 11).

James Vanderbilt is in negotiations to return and write the script.

The movie reunited Jennifer and Adam for the first time since Just Go With It, following a married couple who become embroiled in a murder plot while on a European vacation, bickering their way through the solving of the mystery.

Netflix previously announced that almost 31 million households viewed the movie in the first 72 hours, making it one of the biggest opening weekends in Netflix’s history.

No deals are set yet for the film.
