New Details About 'Seinfeld' Actor Charles Levin's Tragic Death Revealed

Character actor Charles Levin was found dead back in July after he went missing in Southern Oregon and now new details about his tragic death have been revealed.

The actor passed away at 70 and his naked body was found 30 feet down a steep slope in Cave Junction, Oregon. It’s believed that Levin was driving home via a backroad when he got lost and ended up on the remote mountain road, according to DailyMail.com.

Levin likely got out of his car and fell down the slope while attempting to get help. Locals say that the road is rugged and too dangerous to drive on.

The remains of Levin‘s body were found days after he passed away and he was wedged between trees. Some of his internal organs were missing and there “were signs of animal scavenging likely in the form of turkey vultures as there was evidence of bird feces on and around the body.”

Levin, who was best known for roles on Seinfeld, The Golden Girls, Night Court, and NYPD Blue, was reportedly in the process of moving when the accident happened. His Fiat car was found badly damaged and the decomposed remains of his dog Boo Boo Bear were found in the car.
