13-Year-Old Broadway Actress Laurel Griggs Cause of Death Revealed

The cause of Laurel Griggs‘ death has been revealed.

The 13-year-old Broadway actress tragically died on November 5 after suffering a “massive asthma attack,” according to her family via The Post on Sunday (November 10).

She was rushed to Mount Sinai Hospital and was unable to be revived by doctors, her grandfather David B. Rivlin told the outlet.

“The world lost a real princess who only wanted to make the future happy for all. Acting was just a childhood dream come true and she had big plans for the future,” he added in a post.

Her funeral took place at Park West Riverdale on November 7 in New York City.

She made her Broadway debut at age 6 as Polly in Cat on a Hot Tin Roof in 2013 alongside Scarlett Johansson.
