Ronan Farrow Explains Why He & Fiance Jon Lovett Haven't Started Planning Their Wedding Yet

Ronan Farrow is putting wedding preparations on the back burner.

The 31-year-old journalist and author shared in a new interview that he and fiance Jon Lovett are both “swamped with work” haven’t had time to start planning their wedding yet.

“[We] have not done one iota of planning,” Ronan shared with People. “The conversation so far has been only to assess whether it’s even possible to plan something for next year, given Jon’s anticipated level of business with the election cycle.”

Ronan and Jon announced their engagement last month. The two have been together since 2011.

“We will get there,” Ronan added. “We’ve committed to it publicly now.”
