Lupita Nyong’o Surprises Young Musicians Performing Her Song! (Video)

Lupita Nyong’o is giving young musicians a wonderful surprise.

The 36-year-old actress revealed on Friday (December 27) that she successfully snuck up on a group of young musicians performing at the Renaissance Youth Center in the Bronx.

“Pulling off a surprise is my favorite kind of holiday cheer! Had the best time sneaking up on the @MusicWAM youth band at @RenYouthCenter,” she wrote.

The group, which is called Music With a Message, performed a song Nyong’o wrote for her book, Sulwe called “Sulwe’s Song” – and they thought they were just performing for Lupita‘s YouTube channel.

She was met with a lot of emotion, hugs and tears upon pulling off her surprise visit.
