Jillian Michaels Shares New Statement After Facing Backlash For Her Comments She Made About Lizzo's Body

Jillian Michaels is standing by her comments she made about Lizzo‘s body with a new post on her Twitter feed.

If you missed it, the 45-year-old personal trainer questioned why fans were embracing Lizzo‘s size more than her music.

Now, Jillian has released a follow up statement about her comments.

“As I’ve stated repeatedly, we are all beautiful, worthy and equally deserving. I also feel strongly that we love ourselves enough to acknowledge there are serious health consequences that come with obesity – heart disease, diabetes, cancer to name only a few,” Jillian wrote.

She adds, “I would never wish these for ANYONE and I would hope we prioritize our health because we LOVE ourselves and our bodies.”
